These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the ChatWell application, website, and related services (collectively, the \u201cService\u201d) operated by CHATWELL CORP.<\/strong> (\u201cChatWell,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Project coordination features<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Integrations with third-party services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        c. Organizational Workspaces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If your access to a workspace is provided through an organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Administrators may manage your access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Organizational policies may apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Certain workspace data may be visible to authorized administrators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          4. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Violate applicable laws or regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Infringe intellectual property rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Upload malicious code or harmful content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Harass, abuse, or threaten others<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Interfere with the operation of the Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            ChatWell may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security concerns, misuse, or activities that negatively affect the integrity of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. User Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including messages, files, and project information (\u201cUser Content\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You grant ChatWell a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit User Content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, and supporting the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHATWELL CORP. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Our total liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • The amount paid by you to ChatWell during the previous 12 months, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
